About Me.
Diagnosed as ADHD at age 8, I was an angry, confused youth who attended alternative school and was addicted to a range of substances by age 20.
​
But I changed my life dramatically in the years to come, achieving sobriety, learning about embracing the gifts of my neurodivergent mind, and choosing to face my darkness time and time again. Fast forward to today, 10 years at age 30, I've developed the capacity to support others in their healing journey.

I believe in the profound potential of plant teachers, healing our body with holistic nutrition, overcoming shame through expressive arts, and learning to love the parts of us that have felt burdened with overwhelming pain since childhood.
​
I wasn't a spiritual person at the beginning of my healing journey, and I don't think everything needs to involve divine intervention. I do, however, believe that we all have access to a "higher self" and that the price of deeper, lasting transformation is that we remain curious about the great and beautiful mystery of life.

Douglas College; Associate of Arts Program
Studying Carl Jung, Nietzsche, Lao Tzu, Osho, Allan Watts, and many other great philosophers, psychologists, and artists sparked my curiosity about consciousness. I'm a lifelong learner and an avid student of life. I am always learning.
2022-2024
Rhodes Wellness College; Professional Counsellor Diploma
Rhodes Wellness College is a pressure cooker for healing trauma. I was required to go into my deepest trauma and sit with others in their darkest moments. After this intense, radical journey ended, my real journey began.
2023-2024
Centre of Applied Jungian Studies; "Inner Schooling" Course
While studying Counselling at Rhodes, I simultaneously enrolled in a monthly Webinar-based program called "Art as a Path of Inner Schooling" offered by the Jungian Centre for Applied Studies. Here I learned about Art as a tool to explore one's inner world, applying the lens of the Philosopher and Mystic Carl Jung.
2024-2025
IFS Institute; IFS Circle Course
Being introduced to Internal Family Systems (IFS) changed the way I approached doing inner work. So I decided to invest in courses to further my understanding, most recently, IFS Circle.
